We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or to reschedule an appointment. 

 

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you may be charged a fee of $45.00.

A missed scheduled appointment without notice will incur a fee of $79.95.

Invoices overdue by 30 days will incur an interest charge of 2%
