Jason is such a fountain of knowledge regarding appliance repairs. He shared which repairs were worth doing, and which ones wouldn't be financially beneficial. For our fridge he mentioned that there was a service bulletin and if we reached out to the manufacturer they should repair for free. He could've just quoted us a price and never let us know, but he's such an upstanding guy who really cares about his customers.
